FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
At Chlorine Xpress, we believe shopping should be simple, with clear pricing and no unexpected delivery charges.
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders to eligible UK mainland addresses, with no minimum order value.
Whether you’re ordering swimming pool chemicals, spa treatments, household cleaning products or automotive cleaning products, we’ll work to get your order to you quickly and safely.

- Dispatch: Same working day for eligible orders placed before 2pm
Some remote destinations, including certain Scottish Highlands postcodes, offshore islands, Northern Ireland and other courier-restricted locations, may have different delivery arrangements or charges.
Any applicable delivery restrictions or additional mandatory charges will be communicated clearly before purchase, with the total price shown before you place your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, during weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation by email, including tracking details where available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our standard delivery service typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch for most eligible UK mainland destinations.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
If an order is delayed, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
DELIVERY PARTNERS
We use established UK courier services, including Evri, to deliver our products.
The courier selected may vary depending on the products ordered, parcel weight, destination and delivery requirements.
Larger orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels, which could arrive separately.
CHEMICAL PRODUCTS
Some products, including swimming pool chemicals and specialist cleaning solutions, require appropriate packaging and transportation.
We take care to package these products securely and in accordance with applicable transport requirements.
Certain products may be subject to delivery restrictions depending on their classification and destination.
If we cannot fulfil an order safely or legally, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options or arrange a refund.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
We carefully package our products to minimise damage during transportation.
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customers purchasing online have statutory cancellation and consumer rights, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
